"Alex and Peter provided incredible service at Encinitas Automotive. They were recommended to us by a small foreign car dealer who said, point blank, talk to these guys - they're the best there is. And we did. It turned out that we had a very obscure problem, and Alex and Peter absolutely REFUSED to put parts into our car that we didn't need, even though we told them to go ahead and try them. They refused to charge us for diagnosis. They looked high and low for the correct problem.
They refused to do the job piecemeal. Only when they found the extremely difficult diagnosis and fixed it cheaply and perfectly did they allow us to pay. A very rediculously reasonable price for all the work they did.
If you live in North Country San Diego, these are the people to consult for car problems. Call them and see if they specialize on your vehicle. They're the absolute best, and we're lucky we found them. Our friends went to Alex and saved thousands over going to the dealer." Cheryl, Mercury Owner
